BOFiP News: Manpack and Article 119 bis A

This week, several important updates were posted on the BOFiP website:

• The BOFiP regarding the reform of management packages (i.e. , Article 163 bis H of the General Tax Code) is open for public comment until October 22: link to the news article

• The BOFiP regarding Article 119 bis A has been amended. The clarification stating that this article did not apply in cases where the paying institution did not know its counterparty has been removed: link to the news article
