Publication: “SASUs and Income Tax and Social Security Contributions: Questionable Tax Assessments, Uncertain Solutions”

The magazine *D.O Actualités* did me the honor of inviting me to contribute an article on the wave of tax reassessments affecting partners in SASU and SAS entities subject to income tax.

This provides an opportunity to highlight several court decisions that, while not settling the issue, seriously call into question the viability of the taxadministration 's position.

The article also provides an opportunity to discuss the options available to SAS partners to avoid tax reassessments, whether for past or future periods.

Spoiler: There is no magic solution at this time.
